Multi-device and platform support
Use unlimited devices simultaneously. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Set up the client on each device; adding devices alone doesn't mean you need a larger plan. However, all devices use data, so device count and data allowance are separate considerations.
Sign in to get the client app and subscription. Downloads for Android, Windows, macOS and Linux are available after signing in; an active plan is required for the iOS link. Get the client app and choose a plan in the user panel. Follow the Quick Start guide for setup instructions.

International routes and connection security
Routes cover 100+ countries across 180+ routes, with military-grade encryption. Choose a region based on the services you need to access. A region name indicates route coverage; it doesn't guarantee that a website's account requirements or content region will match.
Your local network, client settings and the service you're accessing can all affect your experience. If you have connection issues, try updating your subscription and switching routes, then follow the troubleshooting guide. Narrowing the issue down to a specific app and route can help more than repeatedly changing plans.

AI tools and streaming
International routes support cross-border access to online tools, research resources and streaming services. Availability of streaming content and AI tools depends on each service's regional rules, your account status and current network conditions. Plan prices do not include subscriptions to these platforms.
If streaming is your main use, test the services you use most and choose an allowance based on your actual data usage. Higher video quality usually uses more data, and background syncing and file downloads count too—don't estimate usage by viewing time alone.

Support tickets in your account
For billing, payment checks or connection issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include your plan name, order status and the steps you took. For connection issues, also mention your operating system, client message and route to help distinguish billing problems from local setup issues.
Before submitting, cover sensitive details on payment receipts. Never include your password or full subscription link in screenshots or your ticket description. For common solutions, check the Help Center first to save time.
